How do I view documents?
All the brochures you can download in our virtual library are saved in Adobe
Portable Document Format (PDF). You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader Software
installed on your computer to be able to read or print the brochures. The
Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free.

How do I know how much RAM I have?
Verify your RAM using your Windows Control Panel (95/98/NT): Left mouse-click
on the 'Start' button in the lower left-hand corner of your computer screen (in
WindowsTaskbar). Highlight 'Settings' and click on 'Control Panel.' Locate and
click on the 'System' icon. The default tab should read 'General' and display
the RAM information below the computer manufacturer name in the lower
right-hand corner. Ensure that your RAM is at least 16 MB.

How do I verify the speed of my modem?
Verify modem speed using Windows Control Panel (95/98/NT): Left mouse-click on
the 'Start' button in the lower left-hand corner of your computer screen (in
Windows Taskbar). Highlight 'Settings' and click on 'Control Panel.' Locate and
click on the 'Modems' icon. Installed modems are listed in this window (the
modem name typically includes a reference number indicating the speed, e.g.
288, 336, 56 or 28.8K, 33.6K, 56K).

The FarmAssist Website is equipped with a search engine that you can use to
find information on specific key words or expressions. To use the search
engine, enter the key word in the 'Search' box at the top of the screen, then
click "GO" to get the information you want.

What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you can't remember your password, go to the Sign In page and click Forgot Username/Password. Once there,enter your email address.
It will return a page with your security question. If you can answer the
question you will receive your user name and password immediately. If not,
click on Please email my login information to me .

What do I do if I forgot my UserID?
If you have forgotten your User ID, you can either re-register, fill out our online form, or send us an e-mail with your name, address and phone number and we will call you
with it.

Why can't I get into some areas of the website?
You must log in using the User ID and password you set up when registering to
get into some sections of the website.

Can I use any user id and password?
Your User ID and your password must have at least 5 characters. Your password
should be a combination of letters and numbers. We recommend that you select a
User ID and password that is easy to remember.
